Warranties or Disclaimers

BROWNS OF TWO RIVERS, INC. total liability is limited to the invoice value of the part in question.   It is your responsibility to examine the part for fit before prepping. Sheet metal parts are very susceptible to slight damage due to the nature of the product and method of shipment.  All sheet metal parts are packaged and handled with great care.  Having been shipped half way around the world by ship and then by truck, there will most likely be a few scratches or small dents.  This cannot be helped.  No credit will be issued for sheet metal that has small dings, scratches, or other minor flaws.  Any body panel (reproduction or factory original) requires minor body work when installed for a show quality finish.    All warranty/service claims will be processed according to the manufacturers’ policies.  Any warranty issue after 30 days must be handled by the manufacturer’s warranty department.

 

Damage Claims

Damage claims must be made at the time of the delivery.  Write all claims on the delivery ticket of the carrier for truck freight before signing.  Claims must be made with the delivery carrier.  All sheet metal parts are packaged and handled with great care but due to the nature of the product and having been shipped half way around the world, some scratches or small dents are to be expected.  Any body panel (reproduction or original) requires minor body work for a show quality finish.  Open and inspect all parts received immediately.  Any concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery!

 

Returns, Refunds, Credits

Special Order Items are NOT returnable.  Merchandise returned to BROWNS in saleable condition, not painted or altered, will receive full credit or refund.  Items that have been painted, primed, sanded, or altered in any way will not be accepted regardless of any other circumstances.  Any item returned with parts missing or broken will not be credited.  Original packaging materials must be used for returns.  Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.

NO?RETURNS?AFTER?30 DAYS. To receive a credit or refund, all returned merchandise must have a Return Authorization Number.  Call 1-800-558-7750 for a return number and write it clearly on the outside of the package for identification.  Returns must be returned to us freight prepaid, or the return shipping will be deducted from your credit or refund.  All items purchased by check require a 15 day waiting period before a refund can be authorized.  All warranty/service claims will be processed according to the manufacturers’ policies.
